2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation by the academy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment application. Course fees, schedules, and content may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Fees and Payments

All course fees must be paid as agreed upon enrollment. Fees are non-refundable unless the academy cancels the course. In the event of cancellation by the academy, a full refund will be issued. Part-course withdrawals by the student are not eligible for refunds unless agreed in writing.

4. Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and maintain professional conduct throughout their training. The academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to the academy's standards.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the required hours, assessments, and practical requirements of each course. The academy does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome following certification.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, videos, and content provided by White Coral Spa Academy are the intellectual property of the academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or other harmful material, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

White Coral Spa Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the relevant course.

9. Photography and Media

The academy may photograph or record training sessions for educational and promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to this use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your course begins.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pokhara, Gandaki Province, Nepal.
